Scott Ward is a Republican former candidate for Spanish Fork City Councilman running for County Commission seat C in the November 2016 Election, Utah County, Utah.
Doesn't have a very visible campaign for 2016.
Appears to have been concerned about raising taxes in Spanish Fork related to a project in Spanish Fork.
Voiced support for Governor Herbert.[1]
