Dan Schnur is a candidate for Secretary of State in the June 2014 Election, California.
He is a former Republican who switched to "no party preference" in 2011 because "because [he] believed that both parties were complicit in a broken system"[1].
Two DUI arrests on his record.[2]
A major part of his campaign appears to be a push to ban fundraising while the legislature is in session.
