Ashley Swearengin is a candidate for Controller in the June 2014 Election, California.
She is a moderate Republican and a frontrunner in the race.[1]
She is endorsed by the Los Angeles Times.[2]
One alarming criticism of Swearengin related to the city's construction of an expensive baseball diamond for their local Grizzlies. Further research suggests that this project was approved prior to Swearengin's election in 2008.[3]
