We think that it makes sense for marijuana to be legal for medical purposes and available for research. We don't support the recreational use of marijuana, however, and don't think that marijuana use is a federal issue, based on the U.S. Constitution, though we are in favor of states addressing the issues through appropriate and well thought out legislation..
