All individuals should have the freedom to exercise their moral agency free from government intimidation, and all organizations should have the freedom to exercise their moral agency free from government intimidation. The government should also stop over-regulating our lives so much that we become dependent on government and businesses to provide for ourselves. When we are slaves to our fellow man, our moral agency is corrupted.

The only exception is when we might use our moral agency to infringe on the fundamental rights that governments are instituted to protect.
