[[Utah/Senate Bills/2020/174|SB 174 of 2020]] is a bill which prohibits elective abortions. On June 24 2022, Third District Court Judge Andrew Stone issued a 2 week restraining order, preventing the enforcement of S.B. 174. On July 11 2022, Judge Stone granted a request by Planned Parenthood for a preliminary injunction against S.B. 174 going into affect until litigation surrounding the law is completed.
