Former Norwalk city council member expected to be running for a council seat in March 2011.[1] Owner of Brennan Signs and Printing. [2]
During 9-Feb-2011 debate[3], Brennan indicated a need to improve the permit process, discover resident concerns, find a good city manager, control the city's fleet of cars, and make cuts when revenues drop.
Endorsed by outgoing mayor, Gordon Stefenhagen.
