Ginger Silvera

Ginger Sivera is a resident of Downey and/or Norwalk and a Democrat.[1][2] She is running for a Norwalk city council seat in March 2011.

She is a political science professor who works at California State University, Dominguez Hills.[3] She has a PhD in Public Administration from Claremont Graduate University.[4]

During 9-Feb-2011 debate[5], Silvera indicated a need for a tax incentive to lure in businesses, make information available on the web, do more with less, work with social service agencies, and not raise taxes.
