Dan Hemmert is a co-owner of Red Hanger Cleaners and is running for Utah Senate, District 14 in the November 2016 Election, Utah.

Has expressed support for Gary R. Herbert on Facebook.

While he expresses conservative positions on issues discussed on his official campaign website, references to the constitutional principles that undergird those positions was absent. This hints at the possibility that his principles are not anchored. His apparent support for Gary Herbert (considering what we found when we reviewed him) also suggests that his constitutional principles, or judgement, may not be as solid as we would desire.
