Some specifics (based on the platform as it existed in 2010): I think that social security is a disgrace. (See: page 13 of the platform) I do not support Roe v. Wade. (See: page 50 of the platform) More generally, I think the Democratic Party platform advocates unsound solutions to the problems they address and advocates that the government take responsibility for issues that it should rather empower the people to resolve. The way the party addresses the issue of faith leaves much to be desired.
