Bill Wright is a retired police officer. He is running for Mayor of Payson in the November 2017 Election, Payson, Utah County, Utah.

As a lieutenant, Bill Wright was determined to have acted inappropriately during incidents surrounding a sensitive child sexual abuse case. (A fellow officer's son had been accused.)[1]
