Brian V. Hulet is an incumbent Payson City Councilor and bank manager. He is running for reelection to the City Council of Payson in the November 2019 Election, Payson, Utah County, Utah.

Brian Hulet works at Central Bank as a Vice President, office manager, and commercial loan officer at the Payson office.

He has served as president of Historic Downtown Payson, two terms as president of the Chamber of Commerce, as chairman of the PR committee for the Temple open house, and a member of the Tour Utah bike race committee. Currently, he is a managing member of the Huish Arts Cultural Learning Center and a member of the new interchange study committee.

He created the Payson Economic Development Board.

His assignments from the mayor are the Budget & Finance Committee, Peteetneet, Economic Development, Utah Lake Commission, and PARC.
