Orville Armstrong is an apparently conservative judge who was appointed by Wilson and took office in 1993. He was appointed to the Los Angeles Superior Court by Deukmejian and took office in 1991.

He has made contributions to the campaigns of Pete Wilson and Dan Lungren.
