Marcel Rodarte
A former planning commissioner expected to be running for a Norwalk city council seat in March 2011.[1] He is a quality assurance specialist for the Department of Defense.[2]
Marcel Rodarte grew up in Norwalk, California.
Apparently, there has been some kind of arrest in the past related to a domestic dispute.[3]
Runs the non-profit, Youth Empowerment Skills, Inc..[4]
