David Damschen
Richard Proctor is the Republican Party candidate for Utah State Treasurer in the November 2016 Election. He is also the incumbent.
Appointed by Gary R. Herbert in December 2015 after the seat was vacated by Richard Ellis who left to work for the state's college savings program.[1] Sworn in January 2016.[2] He had been working in the office since 2009 as the Chief Deputy to the former Treasurer. Richard Ellis endorsed him in his appoinrtment.[3]
