Michael Mendez is an incumbent running for a Norwalk city council seat in March 2013.[1]

Among the campaign donations he has received is a non-monetary donation of signs, t-shirts, and banners, worth an estimated $2,300, made by sitting Council Member Luigi Vernola.[2]
