Matt Schonbrun is a Criminal Prosecutor, and a candidate for Judge in the Superior Court in 2012.
He expresses open contempt for the right of jury nullification. This is understandable, considering his background, where he's had to deal with the contempt of jurors for the laws he is trying to see enforced. However, with California already showing so much antipathy towards their juries, this is a point that should be considered seriously.
