Former Norwalk city council member expected to be running for a council seat in March 2011.[1] Luigi is president and founder of the President of the Friends of the Norwalk Sheriff ’s Station Foundation.[2] He is also the owner of Vernola Tow Service.[3]

In 2001, he contributed $500 to Napolitano for Congress.[4] (Grace Napolitano is a former Norwalk city council member and a Democrat. She also has cultural appeal for the Hispanic community.)
