He has expressed in interest in exploring public transportation options. Whe asked about property rights, he stated that anyone should be able to do what they want on their property if the zoning rights exist. Expressed that the idea of expanding the number of commission seats should be studied, but that other options should be explored as well. Expressed that if the tax base grows, then taxes would not need to be raised, but that otherwise they might need to be. Expressed the intention to defer to cities when issues come up. Looks favorably upon giving tax breaks to attract businesses.
