Accused by his challenger of administratively punishing a colleague for refusing to raise fines. [3] The Metropolitan News-Enterprise opines that this is a petty reason to subject a judge to a challenge.[4] We take issue, however with the sense of entitlement the legal community bestows upon judges. If Judge Otto is punishing his colleagues for speaking out against corruption and looking after the interests of citizens, then this would seem to us like the perfect opportunity for a challenge.
