Craig Beckman is a resident of Norwalk, and a business analyst.[1] He is running for a Norwalk city council seat in March 2011.
During 9-Feb-2011 debate[2], Beckman indicated a need to give council members geographically localized zones of responsibility, and not raise taxes.
