W. Andrew McCullough is the Libertarian Party candidate for Utah Attorney General in the November 2024 Election, Utah.

Wants to end the drug war. Support same-sex marriage. In favor of reform of current civil asset forfeiture law.

Ran for Utah Attorney General in 2012, 2016, and 2024.[1]

He is a former Utah chair of the Libertarian Party and a former board member and treasurer of the ACLU.
