Vote Recommendation: Yes

I was leaning "yes" on this one for a while, largely based on the idea that taxes are too high and spending needs to be curtailed.

I finally decided to recommend a yes vote based on the observation that the Democratic Party recommended a no vote, and the Republican Party recommended a "yes". While I don't always vote along party lines, I found the difference enough to bolster my tentative analysis
