Vacating council member Gordon Stefenhagen does not plan to run for reelection.[1]
I wrote a letter to 12 of the 14 candidates (the ones I had email addresses for at the time) and have gotten 8 responses. I'm not yet sure whether to make the responses public, but you can see the letter.
