Candy Martinez is running for a Norwalk city council seat in March 2013.[1]

Has been called a protege of Rick Ramirez.[2]

2012 campaign has been the least aggressive of all candidates. (Excepting Bryan C. Mesinas Perez, who dropped out.)

Ran for city council in 2009 and received 18.7% of the vote.[3]
