Carlos R. Moreno
Carlos R. Moreno is a current California Supreme Court justice. Moreno is one of the more liberal figures sitting on the already liberal court. He was notably the sole dissenter in Strauss v. Horton[1], throwing in his opinion against Proposition 8.
