Carlos R. Moreno

Carlos R. Moreno is a current California Supreme Court justice. Appointed by former governor Gray Davis, Moreno is one of the more liberal figures sitting on the already liberal court. He was notably the sole dissenter in Strauss v. Horton[1], throwing in his opinion against Proposition 8.
